1. Check the time

Is it the online game available time?
Please note that online games are available only during
the scheduled time frame due to reasons such as server maintenance.
If it is the available time, go to Step 2.

2. Check the network condition

Check the icon at the top right.
If it shows the ONLINE icon, go to Step 3.
Below are the descriptions of icons.

1)OFFLINE
The dart board is not connected to the network.
Check the connections to the router, hub, and LAN cable.

2)ERROR
The network is disconnected for some reason.
See here(PDF) for details.

3) Spanner symbol
DARTSLIVE server is currently undergoing maintenance.
There are no problems with the shop's network condition.
Please wait until the maintenance is over.
Thank you for your patience.

3. Software is not up to date/Failure in version upgrade

Contact our sales representative for the latest version number.
