dl2_002_Dart machine freezes / It keeps rebooting

1. Is the freeze/reboot occurring regularly or is it reproducible?

If yes, the ROM may be defective.
Please contact our sales representative.
If no, go to Step 2.

2. Are the power supply cable and other cables connected to the PC properly? Not loose?

Loosely connected cables can cause a problem on the PC.
Please plug them in properly.

If they are connected properly, go to Step 3.

3. Are there any problems with the dart board power supply or power-supply voltage in the shop?

If you are able to use a tester, please measure the voltage.
If the voltage is far below or above 100V, it can cause an instable dart board performance.
Handling 100V electricity involves risks. Please consult with our sales representative as needed.
