* Be sure to unplug the power cables when making an alteration around the electrical parts to avoid the risk of electrical shock.

(1) Disconnecting 100V harnesses from the current power supply unit.

Disconnect the white, black, and green and yellow harnesses,
as well as the two black ones from the main body Avanti's power supply unit. The five harnesses shown inside the dashed lines above.

(2) Connecting harnesses to the conversion kit's terminal

Take off the cover from the terminal (ML15-3P) included in the kit and connect the harnesses that were disconnected in Step (1) to the terminal. (See the picture) The black harnesses on the right side of the picture are used for the alternating-current sources. They can be connected in any order.

(3) Unplugging unnecessary harnesses from the current power supply unit.

Unplug the harnesses connected to the monitor and the I/O board in the current machine cabinet as they are no longer needed.
The only harnesses required are the ones connected to the buttons.
Refer to the picture below. The picture only shows one of the examples. The colors of the harnesses may vary depending on the types of your machine.

(4) Connecting the harnesses connected to the conversion kit's LCD unit (ASSY LCD).

These harnesses supply direct current from the LCD unit (ASSY LCD) of the kit.
Connect yellow, black, and red harnessesas shown below.
Temporarily fasten the screws and tighten them in the later step.

(5) Connect the harnesses of the kit. (D2K-6006 Harness Upper Cabi02).

These harnesses are for supplying power to the I/O board and card reader.
Connect the yellow, black, and red harnesses (D2K-6006) as per below. This completes the connection of the power supply and other related harnesses. Tighten the screws securely.

* Loose screws can cause a short circuit. So, please fully tighten them.
